A Cozy Kitchen

At one end of the kitchen, Hoefer created a cozy sitting area where the owner can read his morning newspaper or guests can keep him company while he cooks. The owner wanted his bedroom to have the feeling of a sleeping porch. The small, intimate room is downstairs, and the much larger guest rooms are upstairs. Oly's faux-bois Vincent table holds a lamp, which Hoefer made.
