A Cozy Kitchen
At one end of the kitchen, Hoefer created a cozy sitting area where the owner can read his morning newspaper or guests can keep him company while he cooks. A Jakarta sofa by Patricia Edwards is covered in oyster linen from Pindler & Pindler. End tables are by sculptor Jean-Paul van Lith, lamps are from Circa Lighting.

Quiet, White Bedroom
The owner wanted his bedroom to have the feeling of a sleeping porch. The small, intimate room is downstairs, and the much larger guest rooms are upstairs. Oly's faux-bois Vincent table holds a lamp, which Hoefer made.
